My Whole30 Experience - Day Seven

Day seven - friday, october 7th, 2016

I woke up this morning feeling a bit tired. But there was no time to indulge in a meltdown. We had too many sheets of plywood to hang and trusses coming at 2pm to be the crowning jewel of the garage that Tyler and I have worked so hard to build.

Kettle for tea (what, am I British now)? We went to town to get supplies and hurried home. Not before noticing what a beautiful fall day it was - bright and sunny and crisp enough to see your breath. This day smelled of Autumn leaves and pumpkins, cinnamon, and apple cider.

Today was a challenge. No doubt about it. I did not have a lot of energy and felt the familiar pull of trying to find energy in food. I mean for "Pete sake", I am a nurse. Do you know how many night shifts caffeine and sugar got me through?!?!
