My Whole30 Experience - Day Nine

DAY NINE - SUNDAY, OCTOBER 9TH, 2016

I woke feeling exhausted this morning, had very little energy at work. I was also irritable at home when I flung myself down on the floor and burst into tears because Tyler wound not stop eating cheese in front of me and I know I have not lost an ounce. 

So I remind myself: I feel great, I am working on being healthy, and I am already beautiful. 

Like these flowers. 

I love the colors in this little cottage. I want my garden cottage to be this cheerful!
