My Whole30 Experience - Day Ten

DAY TEN - MONDAY, OCTOBER 10TH, 2016

Okay, feeling great! Have now decided that my body is used to being without sugar and carbohydrates. So I eat all the time but now I realize that I need to start watching how much I am eating... I can not just mindlessly eat, packing away calories like a bear preparing for  hibernation. So I am going to be better. I will document and journal what I am eating. Also, I will keep track of the exercise I do even closer and be, well, more physically active. Maybe join a club: skiing, yoga, something. Maybe basketball.
