My Whole30 Experience - Day Two

DAY TWO - SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2ND, 2016

I rediscovered sweet potatoes last night! Why on Earth have I only been eating them on holidays?! (side note: I have a horrible "HA" this morning. This fact only reaffirms that I am totally addicted to sugar. Ironically I have no sugar cravings!)

I have got the "eye of the tiger", feeling motivated and ready to take small steps toward change. I believe these small steps will lead to huge benefits and promising changes. GO TEAM MEENA!!!

  • steak and salad
  • apple
  • handful of almonds
  • 3 eggs
  • veggies
  • cup of tea
  • sweet potatoes
