My Whole30 Experience - Day Two

I rediscovered sweet potatoes last night! Why on Earth have I only been eating them on holidays?! (side note: I have a horrible "HA" this morning. This fact only reaffirms that I am totally addicted to sugar. Ironically I have no sugar cravings!)

I have got the "eye of the tiger", feeling motivated and ready to take small steps toward change. I believe these small steps will lead to huge benefits and promising changes. GO TEAM MEENA!!!

The Whole30 is their original nutritional program designed to change your life in 30 days. Think of it as a short-term nutritional reset, designed to help you put and end to unhealthy cravings and habits, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance you immune system."
