Yes, That is an Avocado in My Purse - Day Four


Weight: 144.6 lbs / Mood: still sleepy

Sleep was not the best even though I was exhausted last night. I woke up twice in the middle of the night and had trouble going back to sleep right away. 

Breakfast: Coffee with 1 Tbsp heavy cream, about 1 Tbsp coconut oil, and stevia. 

Lunch: Large handful of Caesar salad with 1/2 an avocado and 3 slices of deli-style ham. 

Snack: about 12 pork rinds, 1 Colby jack cheese stick

Dinner: A palm-sized portion (approx. 4 oz) of grilled ribeye steak, half a plate of Caesar salad (lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese) with 2 Tbsp Caesar dressing. - Mood: pleasantly full although I got a sharp craving for sweets (CAKE?!?!) right after eating. 

Late night snack: 1 cup raw cauliflower and ranch, 3 raw strawberries

Exercise: Decided to skip soccer tonight. Got off work too late and didn't have time to eat dinner before the game.
