Yes, That is an Avocado in My Purse - Day Five

Weight: 142.6 lbs / Mood: refreshed and ready to take on the day

Woke up feeling awesome most likely because I was able to get great sleep the night before (about 9 uninterrupted hours). 

Brunch: 4 slices nitrate free bacon, 2 eggs fried in the bacon oil, coffee with cream, stevia and coconut oil. - Mood: energized

Snacks: 5 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds, handful pork rinds, cheese and meat stick, large handful blueberries. - Mood: slightly sluggish throughout the day but fine for an hour leading up to the soccer game.  

Late Dinner: 2 fire roasted caribou sausages (made locally), 1 cup of pan-fried zucchini in bacon oil and garlic, handful salad with ~1 Tbsp thousand island dressing. - Mood: relaxed, happy, and full.

Exercise: 1.5 hr soccer game before dinner. Not sure if it was the competitive game or I was not fueled enough but I did not play as well as I feel like I usually do.
