Heather began her career in acupuncture in 1992 upon graduation from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. After experiencing private practice, she took a position as director of the School of Acupuncture at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. There she also taught in the clinic and classroom settings. Heather has lived in Fairbanks since 2000 and is the recipient of 2006 Alaska Business Woman of the Year Award.
Dr. Luper graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine with honors in research in 1994. He taught at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Arizona, serving as Chair of Diagnostics and Chief Medical Officer. He helps people with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hepatitis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, arthritis, heart and thyroid disease. He is the host of the weekly radio program, "Health Talk" on KFAR 660 AM.
