In this class we will identify, gather, and prepare various wild plants available in Alaska, including dandelion, pineapple weed, chickweed, rosehips, shepherds purse, and anything else that might cross our wandering path. Together we will cook and consume three or four dishes as well as discussing storage of plants for future use. 

Cost: $33 (Folk School members), $50 (non-members)
