What do you like to treat and why?

I specialize in Body Insight Neuromuscular Therapy, which is a bodywork method that combines deep tissue therapy, active movement, and active awareness. I enjoy helping people resolve chronic muscular issues, assisting the body in it's natural healing processes, and providing a new method of deep tissue massage that does not require pain to see results. To meet individual client needs, I integrate the massage modalities of Swedish-Relaxation, Body Insight, Sports Massage, Reflexology, and Acupressure. It is my intentional desire to effect and assist the whole person; mind, body and spirit on their journey of healing and self-discovery – all through the powerful medium of therapeutic touch.

How long have you been in Alaska and why did you move here?

I moved to Alaska in 2001 and have been a resident of Fairbanks for the last 15 springs.

Where have you lived before Alaska?

I grew up playing in the wide open plains and rocky outcroppings of Wyoming and the mountains and rivers of Colorado. I adventured around New Mexico, Arizona and Utah before answering the call to an even wilder place.
